The Biden Administration unveiled today a new National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism.

As you may recall, both the White House and the Department of Homeland Security enlisted CSW’s assistance to prepare the Strategy.

It is a blueprint, but the devil is in the details and the tactics that will be necessary to transform the plan into a measurable, sustainable initiative.

We are particularly concerned that the Strategy does not adequately address the challenge posed by social media platforms as gateways to incite, inspire, recruit, and fund domestic terrorists.
